COUNSELLING

With a career as a nutritionist and a strong passion for supporting individuals achieving their health goals.  I soon discovered that many of my clients needed more than just dietary advice, they needed comprehensive mental health support to make meaningful and lasting changes..

Therefore, in 2023, Suzanne began her counselling training and is now an Accredited level 4 Counsellor, enabling her to offer a holistic approach to long-term healing, integrating both nutritional and psychological support to help clients achieve overall well-being.

The Role of Counselling

Counselling is a form of talking therapy that offers a safe and confidential space to explore personal challenges with a trained professional. It aims to:

  • Help you explore and understand your feelings, thoughts and behaviours
  • Develop effective coping strategies
  • Enhance self-awareness and understanding of others
  • Improve overall well-being and personal growth
  • Facilitate positive changes in your life

In a counselling session with Suzanne, you will have the opportunity to discuss your difficulties; including your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. Suzanne provides a supportive, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself freely. Rather than offering direct advice, Suzanne will guide you toward a deeper understanding of yourself and help you identify constructive solutions to your challenges. Counselling can equip you with the tools to empower yourself, in your present circumstances going forward.

Areas of Support

Counselling may be particularly beneficial if you are experiencing any of the following:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Grief and bereavement
  • Relationship difficulties
