Whether your group would like healthy meals, specific food plans or have dietary requests, or you fancy good quality family food Suzanne can offer it all. With decades of experience on yachts, in private villas, on retreats or in family homes Suzanne is flexible and brings a wealth of inspiration and flexibility in menu planning.

Having culinary qualifications from Leith’s of London, Culinary institute of America, in New York State and Matthew Kenney’s PlantLab. Suzanne brings high quality, beautiful and above all delicious food to the table.

Suzanne’s dishes are all carefully and mindfully prepared, each tasting more delicious than the other. She has a magic of combining freshness, flavour, and health benefit all into one amazing plate. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to meet Vital Nutrition’s Suzanne Garaty in the Spring of 2015 and have become an avid follower ever since, attending nearly every one of her deliciously brilliant, health inspiring workshops! I was particularly impressed by her Raw Food Hands-on training Workshop which frankly re-educated me. I had no idea that dishes such as Pad Thai, Ravioli & lasagne could be prepared with raw ingredients and still taste so good!
